Sanur Shopping

Sanur offers most of the shopping opportunities that can be found elsewhere on Bali, although there are not as many outlet stores here versus elsewhere. The big difference between Sanur and other beaches is that you'll find stalls and shops right on the beach walk. These mostly sell all the typical products, such as t-shirts, shorts, sun glasses and even a few DVD stalls.

There are more shops along Jalan Danau Tamblingan, although for a serious afternoon of shopping you might want to head over to Legian street in Kuta. If you're staying at one of the many self-catering places in Sanur, you might want to know about the following:

Hardy's
This large building on Jalan Danau Tamblingan houses a large supermarket on the ground floor with two more floors of souvenirs above. The souvenirs are a bit on the expensive side, but if you're self-catering or just want to buy drinks without the hotel mark-up the supermarket is well stocked. The market also carries a lot of local products such as coffee.
The Pantry
This small gourmet grocery is just down the street from Hardy's. There's a well stocked wine room and imported foods from around the world.
