Resor Seminyak The Resort & Spa - Seminyak, Bali

16 April 2007

NOTE: Resor Seminyak closed in July 2009 and has been torn down. It will be rebuilt and reopen as a new 'boutique' property - in theory - in late 2010.

The Resor Seminyak is located near the middle of the Seminyak beach strip, between the Oberoi and La Lucciola. Although a bit sprawling, the resort consists of a number of buildings, none over three storeys. While not particularly fancy, the rooms are comfortably generous, if a bit tired, and certainly represent one of the best deals on Seminyak beach.

Hotel facilities include two pools, spa and restaurant. There's also a complementary shuttle to and from Legian every two hours.

Rooms feature air conditioning, hot and cold water, mini-bar, complementary coffee and tea, color televisions (many channels), hair dryer, CD player and IDD telephones.

Pluses: Excellent location, near restaurants and shopping. Reasonable security.

Minuses: Rooms are a bit tired. Some rooms face onto the wall of the next building.

Rooms at the Resor Seminyak may be booked through the link below.
