Internet & Telephone Access Around Phnom Penh

While most hotels don't yet have in-room internet availability, some have a lobby area with internet access available. As with most things, access in the hotel is more expensive than elsewhere. There are plenty of shops offering internet access along Sisowath Quay. These include stand-alone shops, shops that offer internet access as well as long distance telephone service, and cafés where you can get food as well internet access. Among the latter is Cafe Frecso in the FCC building on Sisowath Quay.

Expect to pay US$0.50 per hour for internet access at shops. Some of the coffee shops offer free wireless access with a purchase.
